If you love the water this is the place for you. A water slide
park that has four awesome slides and even a little beach area to do your
sun bathing. Volleyball court, picnic tables (must rent one if you bring
your own food), this place has got it all. Great for all ages.
HOURS: Open from the middle of April till the
middle of June on weekends only from 10am-6pm. From middle of June till
Labor Day-open everyday from 10am-7pm.
COST: $10.50 for all ages; $7 for parents with
children 11 years and under. After 3pm-admission is $7 for everyone.
RAGING
WATERS

A great water slide park that seems like it never ends. This place
has got some great slides including a six hundred foot ride of a 100 foot
tower and a new ride called El Nino, but don't worry they have a place for
the younger kids to hang out at Kids Kingdom.
Great for all ages.
HOURS: Open from middle of April to May, and Labor
Day through October on weekends only from 10:30am-6pm. Open Memorial Day
through June; Mon.-Fri. 10:30am-6pm;Sat. & Sun. 10am-7pm. Open July

If your a dare devil then come and try the tallest enclosed speed
slide west of the Mississippi! You will feel like you are on a tropical
island at this park. If you're a surfer or just want to practice
come and try the wave pool. This really is a great water slide park.
Great for all ages.
HOURS: Open daily from June till Labor Day from
10am-6pm; May and September on weekends only from 10am-6pm.
COST: $18 for adults; $11 for seniors and kids
under 4ft. tall. Children under 2 are free. Look into combo tickets for
both Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor. Parking is $6.
SIX

If you like to be dropped, spun around, and swung back and forth;
then this is definitely the park for you, but they do have a place for the
younger crowd or the people who enjoy Bugs Bunny and his pals! Great for
all ages.
HOURS: April-October everyday from 10am-6pm. Open
the rest of the year weekends and holidays from 10am-6pm. Call to find out
what their extended summer hours are.
COST: $34 for adults; $20 for seniors; $17 for kids
under 4ft. Children 2 and under are free. Parking is $6.
UNIVERSAL

What a great place if you are interested in seeing how movies are
made including very cool special affects. Also some great rides are
Jurassic Park, Back to The Future, and Earthquake which you will
experience on the tram ride which is a tour through the back lot. Great
for 3 years and up.
HOURS: hours vary all year round-call to find out
times.
COST: $45 for adults. $35 for kids. Kids 2 and under are free.
ADVENTURE

A museum that is very similar to the Children's Museum, except here
there are a few rides for kids to go on (and adults) such as a train ride
and an airplane ride. Great for kids under 11.
HOURS: In the summer: Mon.-Fri. 10am-5pm; Sat.
& Sun. 11am-7pm. The rest of the year: Fri. 10am-5pm, Sat. &
Sun. 11am-7pm.
COST: Children 1 year and older- $4.95, which
includes admission, face painting, puppet shows, entrance to the petting
farm, and Thomas the Tank play area. $10.95 includes all of
the above and unlimited rides.
DISNEYLAND

What can you say about Disneyland. It is definitely a place for
everyone young and old. "The Happiest Place on Earth" has all
the rides and games a person could ever want. You really need a full
day here especially if you are going with little kids. They even
have kosher food at a couple of the restaurants.
Ask any of the restaurants there and they will guide you to them. Great
for everyone!!
HOURS: Always call before you go because times and
prices do change all the time.
COST: $38 for 12 years and older; $28 for
children 3-11; $36 for senior citizens. Under 3-free. Also you can
purchase tickets in advance by going to www.Disneyland.com
you can even get some discounts by doing this.
KNOTT'S
BERRY FARM

"The friendliest place in the west." Another great
amusement park where you should really plan a whole day to go through the
whole park. Do not miss Roaring Rapids especially in the summer time
it's a nice way to cool down!! Great for all ages!!

COST: $35 for 12 and older; $25 for children
3-11;$25 for senior citizens. 2 and under free.
WILD
RIVERS WATER PARK

What a great place for the whole family to beat the heat in the
summer. There are more than 40 water slides to chose from, some are more
scary then others and some are actually quite relaxing! Great for all
ages.
HOURS: Open from May till the end of September. Call for
specific times-due to frequent changes.
COST: $19.95 for adults; $9.95 for seniors; $15.95 for
ages 3-9; children 2 and under are free. After 4pm admission is
$9.95 for everyone. Parking is $4.
CASTLE
AMUSEMENT PARK

An amusement park for everyone. If you want to go on roller
coasters and other rides or just play miniature golf and arcades then this
is the place for you. They really incorporate a family fun
center with an amusement park. They have a 3 level arcade and 35 rides.
Great for all ages.
HOURS: Arcade and miniature golf are open
Sun.-Thurs. 10am-10pm; Fri. & Sat. 10am-12am. The ride park is
open from 6pm-10pm on Fri. and 12pm-12am Sat. & Sun.
COST: Admission is free. The rides are 50 cents a
piece or you can buy a ticket book; $10 for 22 tickets; $18 for 50; $27
for 100. The rides require anywhere between 2-5 tickets depending on the
age of the rider. You can also buy an unlimited pass for all the rides
including the pony ride: $12 for 12 years and under; $14 for 13 years and
older. Parking is $3.
PHARAOH'S

A fun place if you want to stay indoors or outdoors. Inside is a
huge place filled with arcades, laser tag, and a children's play area with
soft toys and balls. Outside you have a race car track, bumper
boats, miniature golf, and a roller coaster. Great for all ages.
HOURS: Sun.-Thurs. 10am-10pm; Fri. & Sat. 10am-12am.
Hours do change so call before you go.
COST: For unlimited use of the park: $29.95 for
adults; $19.95 for ages 2-11. You can also buy tickets for in smaller
packages for either a single attraction or other combinations.
FRASIER'S

If you like the old wild west then you will like this amusement
park. Filled with rides, water slides, and 2 pools one for adults
and one wading pool for children (a great way to cool off in the summer).
They also have picnic tables (you can bring your own food). Great
for ages 3-13.
HOURS: Hours vary due to the opening date. Please
call to find out latest times.
COST: $6.50 for adults; $4 for seniors; $8.50 for
ages 3-12; children under 2 are free.
THE
WAVE

If you can't make it to the ocean for some surfing you can catch a
wave on the wave machine at this park! Also there are four 4 story high
water slides. There is a special part of the park for kids 48"
and under. Great for all ages!
HOURS: Open from the end of May till June 5 from
11am-5pm and from June 6 through Labor Day from 10:30am-5:30pm.
COST: $9.25 for ages 7-59; $6.25 for ages 3-6 and
seniors. Children under 2 are free. Parents who are just coming to watch
there kids pay the full admission price, but when you leave the park you
can get a $6 refund if your admission wristband is dry.
WHITE

A great water slide park in San Diego. Tons of different water
slides from scary to not so scary. They also have a wave machine. They
have a special sections for younger kids and toddlers all in very shallow
water. There is also a volleyball court, softball field, and an
arcade area. Great for all ages.

depending on opening date.
COST: $21.99 4ft. and taller; $15.99 for kids under
4ft; $13.99 for seniors; Children under 2 are free.
