Currently, we have an opening in our Limudei Kodesh Department
for a third grade girls teacher. This is an outstanding
opportunity for a take-charge mechanechet to join our team. The
individual must be a loving, aidel role model of Torah im derech
eretz, tzniut, midot and be able to bond with students and
staff. As the key transmitter of Torah haskafa in this middle
primary grade, the appropriate candidate must be willing to go
the extra mile to help students develop spiritually, socially,
emotionally and academically.
Job Description: Third Grade Limudei Kodesh Teacher for Girl’s
Division
Requirements: Experienced Mechanechet who teaches in Ivrit.
Responsibilities: A take-charge mechanechet who wants to
join the Yeshiva
Aharon Yaacov/Ohr Eliyahu family and grow with us. As a third
grade teacher, this person will be responsible for taking these
blossoming young girls not only under her wing, but into her
heart. Provide a true role model for these girls. Transmit
Torah values and teach Chumash, Rashi, Sefer Yehosua, Chagim,
Yahadut, Yediot Klaliot, Halacha, Midot HaChodesh, Beur Tefila
and Hashkafa.
This individual will report directly to the Torah Studies
principal and be responsible for regular written communication
to the parent body. Participation in midat hachodesh class
presentations and organization of class activities and field
trips.
Skills: Must be a well organized team player with a strong
limudei kodesh background. Excellent communicator, energetic,
innovative, sensitive, reliable and creative. Familiar with
delivering individualized instruction. Must be willing to grow
and expand educational techniques. A minimum one year
commitment required.
